Nandi is a seasoned infrastructure investment and facilities management executive with over 25 years of experience across real estate, social infrastructure, Facilities Management and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Southern Africa. She has a proven track record of structuring and delivering impact-driven investments, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving operational excellence and inclusive economic growth.
She is a Board Member of the Motseng IDEAS Infrastructure Group (MIIG), where she also serves on the Social and Ethics Committee. Nandile played a pivotal role in Motseng’s acquisition of the three PPP office accommodation assets from AIIM, which seeded the formation of MIIG, a vehicle now delivering impact driven PPP infrastructure solutions across the SADC region.
Nandi’s other current and former board roles are as follows: Non-Executive Director, Imbumba Aganang Facilities Management (OSC for DIRCO PPP) and member of Finance & Remuneration Committees. Non-Executive Director, Buhler Empowerment Initiative (since 2018). Former: Chairperson, Operations Committee and EXCO member, Tsebo Facilities Solutions. Former: Non-Executive Director, Nemus Trade & Invest (2017–2019) – Private Party for Tshwane House PPP. Former: Non-Executive Director, Tirisano Facilities Management (2019) – OSC for DOBE PPP.
She holds a B. Social Science (Hons), a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, and a B. Social Science all from the University of Natal, Durban, and a Certificate in Facilities Management from University of Cape Town.
